Fast-foaming, semi-rigid polyurethane resin. Single-component, solvent-free, polyurethane injection resin perfectly suited for water cut-off in wet cracks and fissures of reinforced concrete structures. The reaction with water creates a semi-rigid polyurethane foam. The resin can be injected using a single-component injection pump.

Application: The reaction with water creates a flexible closed-cell polyurethane foam. The reaction speed can be easily adjusted by varying the catalyst content from 6% to 10%. The more catalyst added, the faster the reaction occurs. EUROSEAL ECO is highly hygroscopic and is packaged in a dry atmosphere. Open containers should be used as quickly as possible. Injection pumps should be cleaned with a polyurethane dissolving material, e.g., EUROSEAL REINIGER, a product specifically developed for cleaning polyurethane injection pumps. To avoid problems, it is crucial to understand that the materials are sensitive to moisture and temperature. Therefore, materials should be stored at temperatures not exceeding 30°C and not below 10°C.
