Description
EUROSEAL X50 is a polyurethane resin with:
– very low viscosity
– good adhesion to dry and wet substrates
– minimal tendency to foam when in contact with water (5% by mass)
– seals capillaries
– flexible
Product Application:
– injection of cracks and fissures in reinforced concrete structures
– filling of injection hoses
– performing structural injections
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Step 1: Add component A to component B in a 1:1 ratio (by volume)
Step 2: Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is achieved, which will occur after approximately 2 minutes. The products should be applied using pressure injection with single or two-component pumps. When using single-component pumps, the products should be thoroughly mixed before use.
Step 3: The mixture can be pumped using a single-component injection pump. Please note that the gel time of the resin is 20 – 30 minutes at 20°C. After injection, clean the pump using EUROSEAL REINIGER (Products must not contain any water).
