Description

A one-component, solvent-free, polyurethane injection resin ideally suited for water cut-off in wet cracks and fissures of reinforced concrete structures. The reaction with water creates a semi-rigid polyurethane foam. The resin can be injected using a single-component injection pump.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

The reaction with water results in the formation of a flexible, closed-cell polyurethane foam.

The reaction speed can be easily adjusted by changing the catalyst content from 6% to 10%. The more catalyst added, the faster the reaction will occur.EUROSEAL FLEX is highly hygroscopic and is packaged in a dry atmosphere. Open containers should be used as quickly as possible.Injection pumps should be cleaned with a polyurethane-dissolving material, e.g., EUROSEAL REINIGER, a product specifically developed for cleaning polyurethane injection pumps.To avoid problems, it is very important to understand that the materials are sensitive to moisture and temperature. Therefore, materials should be stored at temperatures not exceeding 30°C and not below 10°C.
