Curtain and structural injection enable the creation of secondary external insulation for both walls and basement floors. These are durable and effective methods for restoring waterproofing without the need to excavate the building. <\/p>\n

In cases where excavating the building and installing vertical insulation of underground walls is not technically possible, curtain injection can be performed. This involves creating a network of drill holes across the entire wall surface and saturating it using pressure method with ACRYLGEL 40<\/a> acrylic gels.<\/p>\n

Through-holes with a diameter of 10-18 mm should be drilled in the wall to be sealed. These should be placed every 40 cm both horizontally and vertically. Additionally, another hole should be made in the center. Injection packers should be placed in the holes. If the surface has voids, injection lances should be used to ensure the material is deliberately applied to the exterior of the wall. Then connect the two-component pump and proceed with injection. Begin with the lowest positioned injectors, using pressure appropriate for the structure. <\/p>\n

The holes should be placed every 40 cm both horizontally and vertically. Additionally, another hole should be made in the center. Before performing the injection, check if there is any need to fill gaps or cracks. If present, they should be filled with quick-setting cement mortar. Place injection packers in the holes, then connect the two-component pump and proceed with injection. Begin with the lowest positioned injectors, using pressure appropriate for the structure. Continue injection until the material appears in adjacent packers or until the structure is saturated with the material. <\/p>\n
