How did we obtain your data?

When you view the website belonging to Euroseal Sp. z o.o., various information is exchanged between your end device and our server. The information collected during visits to our website does not allow for unambiguous identification of Users and is used to improve quality and optimize our website. In specific cases, e.g., when sending a message through the contact form, the User may need to provide certain personal data (name, email address). Purpose and legal basis for processing?

We process your personal data for the purposes indicated below:
Based on EUROSEAL.PL’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR):

for the proper execution of sales agreements concluded through the online store via the website www.euroseal.pl
providing responses to submitted inquiries or resolving reported issues,
direct marketing of EUROSEAL.PL products and services,
managing activity on the EUROSEAL.PL website through monitoring it to improve functionality
creating analyses, summaries, and statistics.

This means that this data is needed particularly for

Individuals whose data is processed by EUROSEAL.PL have the following rights:

1. to request access to personal data from the administrator, and if you consider the data incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to rectification
2. to request erasure of personal data or restriction of processing in cases provided for by GDPR,
3. to data portability consisting of receiving personal data from EUROSEAL.PL in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transmit this personal data to another controller without hindrance from EUROSEAL.PL,
4. to object to processing when your data is processed for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the controller, particularly for direct marketing purposes,
5. if you have given consent for personal data processing, you have the right to withdraw it at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal),
6. and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

User Rights

The User may at any time request information from the administrator about the scope of personal data processing.

The User may at any time request correction or rectification of their personal data. The User can also do this independently after logging into their account.

The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time without giving a reason. The request not to process data may concern a specific processing purpose indicated by the User, e.g., withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information, or may concern all purposes of data processing. Withdrawal of consent for all processing purposes will result in the User’s account being deleted from the website, along with all personal data of the User previously processed by the administrator. Withdrawal of consent will not affect actions already taken.

The User may at any time request, without giving a reason, that the administrator delete their data. The request for deletion will not affect actions already taken. Deletion of data also means deletion of the User’s account, along with all personal data saved and processed by the administrator until that point.
